The 'Circle Slam' is an occasional event at the waterstage, organised by the Written Word group. This will be an open competition where group members can read out poetry or short prose, and the audience can vote on their favourite work.  The winner will receive a L$2000 prize and a coveted Written Word rosette!

There were two winners at our special AWE Circle Slam:  Tristan Meriman with his poem 'Asmara of Eritrea', and Khoisan Fisher with 'No Greater Love'.
